"I would love to give gratitude to Sammy Leblanc. I reached out to State Farm looking to get better a better rate than what my previous insurance was charging, and boy was I blown away. "Chandler called me with a great deal and coverage. Awesome. We agreed to sign on for $205. They told us they would run our payment for $205. Great. Gave them payment info. Chandler “accidentally” ran our card for $410 and refused to give us a refund when we immediately noticed. He said that he had to wait for it to go through before he could refund the extra $205 they took. Okay fine understandable. After the holiday, when we still weren’t refunded, We had a text exchange where he refused our refund. My husband called the office to either get our refund of $205 or to cancel. He was rude to my husband on the phone and transferred him to their customer service line. Obviously we cancelled. This was a highly unprofessional way to start a professional relationship. Had we had been told that they would charge us $410 instead of the discussed amount of $205, it would’ve been different but there was a lack of communication on Chandler’s part. This started 12/27/24. We had to wait for the holiday but were unable to even request a refund until 1/2/25. It is 1/10/25 and we still have not received our refund of $410! My husband called again today they said that they will reach out to us again on 1/13/25 to give us instructions on how to request a check or bank refund. This should’ve been done on 12/27/24."
