"Due to Tropical storm Arthur, my SUV sustained windshield damage.
I called my State Farm agent; Brad Saloom and his assistant Emma took action right away.
1> They arranged a rental car for me via Enterprise.
2> Emma put me in touch with a very reputable local glass company.
All of this transpired on a Friday late morning. By Monday a.m. my windshield was replaced to my complete satisfaction. The rental was returned and I was 100 % satisfied.
Remember the old adage, you pay for what you get.
Well, it's true.
Are there cheaper insurance companies promising cheaper rates, probably. Are they going to be there when you need them, maybe, can they provide the service you need, probably not.
I am very satisfied with State Farm and my local agent, B. Saloom. And greatly appreciate Emma's effort and patience in dealing with my claim."

"This is a very good and efficient insurance agency. They were able to give be me a very good quote on my auto insurance that was much better than my previous policy so it was a no brainer to switch.
